Katarzyna Gondek is an author of films and literary forms.
Her films were screened at many festivals around the world. With DEER BOY she had her second Sundance film in competition, after FIGURE, which was screened there in 2016.
An alumna of Berlinale Talents, European Short Pitch (Grand Prix), Euro Connection (Clermont-Ferrand) and Torino Script Lab 2018 (special mention at the TFL Pitching Forum). Scholarship holder of the Polish Film Institute.
She finished film studies and directing in Wajda School. She was born in Kłodzko (Poland) and is now based in Brussels.
She likes to walk a lot.
